About Maverick

Meet Maverick! This fun and playful dog thrives on activity and loves chasing toys. He can absolutely outlast anyone's throwing arm and enjoys spending time with kids, making him a perfect fit for a busy family. Having lived with other dogs and children, Maverick is comfortable in a lively household. While he isn’t an avid cuddler, Maverick appreciates a good belly rub and has been growing more affectionate with his foster family. He's house trained and communicates when he needs to go outside. He does well on a leash, especially after his initial excitement. Car rides may not be his strongest suit; he gets a bit nervous which can lead to accidents. His foster family is working on boosting his confidence in those situations. You might also find it amusing that he has an odd affection for dryer sheets! Maverick is neutered, vaccinated, and looking for a family that can keep up with his energy and shower him with love. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
