female/neutered - 4 months - stray Riddle of the day....What has 4 ears, 8 legs and 2 eyes? Well GEORGE and LIBERTY of course!! These two re survivors. They came to us in early June with terrible upper respiratory symptoms. They were tiny, had infected eyes, and so congested that they couldn’t eat by themselves. They are alive today because of the tireless dedication of one foster family. Their foster mama fed them with a syringe multiple times every day for weeks and weeks. She wiped their noses, treated their eyes and gave them all the love she had. Despite our best efforts and countless treatments, they each ultimately lost one eye, which doesn’t slow them down one bit!! They are both loving, sweet and funny kittens who have a ton of love to give. They’ve been around dogs and cats and have been handled extensively. While it is completely normal for kittens to go to different homes, we hope that we can find a home that will keep them together. Since their rough start, they’ve spend much more time together than most kittens and have become extremely bonded. They are approximately 4 months old, maybe a bit small for their age, and they are lovely, clean kitties. They are back at the Animal Services Center and hoping to receive visitors soon!
