Phoebe is one of the adorable Friends Girls, born June 22, 2026 to a Poodle mom and Shih Tzu mix dad. At a little over 5 pounds, she is a petite little girl with the cutest scruffy coat, an adorable elongated body, and short legs just like her Shih Tzu mix dad. Phoebe is the quiet, gentle girl of the trio. She’s a little on the shy side and takes a few minutes to decide that new people are okay. Once she has had a chance to warm up, though, she happily accepts attention and enjoys being loved on. She just prefers to take things at her own pace. Phoebe is perfectly content entertaining herself and can often be found happily playing on her own while her sisters are off doing their thing. Phoebe taught herself how to use the doggy door, is doing well with puppy pads, and is even learning to potty outside on command! Phoebe will need a family prepared for all the joys and challenges of puppyhood. She will need continued house-training, positive socialization, basic obedience, appropriate exercise and play, mental stimulation, and plenty of patience as she continues building confidence. Because she is naturally more reserved, gentle introductions and positive experiences with new people will be especially important. Puppies may also chew, mouth, bark, and get into mischief as they learn the rules of their new world, so supervision and consistency are essential. Phoebe is a sweet, scruffy little soul who just needs a little time to show you how special she is.
