Awwwww Officer Doofy, he was so appropriatly named! Doofy came from a severe hoarding case in Northern Texas where he was cared for by a 92 year old woman. Despite a rough beginning, he is extremely well-rounded. Officer Doofy is about 3 years old, 40 pounds and fully vetted. He loves to play with other dogs of all sizes, walks well on a leash, leaves free range chickens and cats alone and is a love bug with his humans. He will cuddle, accept pets, and learning to give paw and doing great with house training despite the fact that he lived in a home for years where he could jump in and out of the house window to use the bathroom or go outside. Doofy could use basic training for manners and right now does need to be separated at meal time but these tiny manner issues can be easily cared for and common from large hoarding cases. Doofy is not extremely hyper and settles quickly. Sometimes you can just look at him and he makes you smile because he is so handsome and silly. Doofy is an amazing addition to most families.
