About Oreck

Oreck came into rescue with multiple other dogs after the previous owner faced insurance issues due to their number. At around 10 weeks old, he’s a delightful mix, likely Chihuahua and Dachshund, and will probably weigh about 20 pounds as an adult. As a puppy, Oreck is still in the learning phase, and it’ll be important for his new family to guide him in becoming the best companion he can be. He'll adapt well to various home environments, making him a versatile addition to any family. Being young, he needs house training, so be prepared for that journey. Expect playful moments, as he is at that stage where chewing is a part of his exploration. Plenty of toys will keep him entertained and away from your belongings. Oreck is affectionate and enjoys attention, especially when it comes to meal time! Health-wise, Oreck had a vet visit on 8/25/26, with no concerns found. He’s been started on flea control and will need monthly puppy vaccinations leading up to 4 months. Ready to add some joyful chaos to your life? Oreck is calling for his forever home! To adopt Oreck, please submit your interest via email or text to 352-215-3260. His adoption fee is $200, which helps cover his care costs. Only serious applicants who complete the adoption application will be considered for a meet and greet.
