About Victor

Victor's Story At just 5 months old and 14.4 pounds, Victor should be enjoying playful puppy days, not hiding away in a shelter kennel for weeks. Arriving with his sibling, he displayed understandable shyness, often retreating and tucking his tail when approached. His timidity is not aggression; he's simply scared. Officially a Husky mix, Victor looks more like a little Collie mix to us, and his adorable features speak for themselves. Staff members saw the sweet nature beneath that fear. He found joy in quiet moments, resting on a bed beside his sibling, and responded to soft baby talk and treats, revealing a playful spirit waiting to emerge. With patience, Victor will come out of his shell. His shelter days are now behind him. Coming to LOLA's on September 2nd offers him a place to learn that kindness surrounds him and safety is real. While he may take time to trust, the person who earns it will gain a truly special friend. Victor's second chance starts September 2nd. Click apply to start the adoption process.
