Meet Dude, a friendly tabby who discovered the joys of indoor life on his own terms. At 1.5 years old, this adaptable Domestic Short Hair cat took a chance peeking through the windows of MetroWest Humane Society before deciding it was time to come inside. Once trapped, he embraced his new environment, showing just how easygoing he can be. Dude thrives on human interaction and can't get enough attention. He loves to be petted and is more than happy to be held, making him a wonderful lap cat. While new spaces can overwhelm him initially, he quickly adjusts and settles in. Just a heads up: he has a voice and lets you know if mealtime is a bit late. It's important to note that Dude is best suited as the only cat in a home, as his vibrant personality shines brightest when he's the center of attention. He may do well with children, but we aren't sure how he gets along with dogs. If you want a confident cat with a big personality, Dude is definitely the one for you.
