About Opal

Opal is ready for her moment to shine after all she’s been through. Found near a college dorm, she was desperately seeking attention from anyone nearby, clearly indicating her friendly nature and familiarity with people. A veterinary check revealed that Opal had recently given birth, but despite extensive searching, her kittens were never found. It's suspected that she was abandoned by a student who took the kittens away. Despite her rough past, Opal remains a loving and devoted cat. She quickly adjusted to life at the shelter, claiming a couch throne and eagerly watching her caretakers, like Ryann, as they tended to the yard. Opal craves companionship and affection, making her a true social butterfly. While she tolerates other cats, she would thrive best as the only feline in a household where she can be showered with love and attention. Opal is a spayed, healthy adult cat who is up to date on vaccinations. She’s ready to find her forever home where she’ll be cherished and spoiled. If you’re searching for a loving queen to reign over your heart and home, Opal is the one for you. Adoption fee is $100.
