About Lola

Lola is a 6-year-old Pitbull mix with a heart full of love and a lifetime of friendship to give. Originally adopted from Macomb County Animal Control as a puppy, she has sadly returned to the shelter twice through no fault of her own. Lola longs for a family to call her own and is still the same sweet girl who just wants to be that perfect companion. Lola is an absolute sweetheart, eager to be your best friend. She enjoys the company of other dogs but prefers to be right by her person's side. Cuddling on the couch and giving kisses make her happiest. Additionally, she loves spending time outside and taking leisurely walks around the neighborhood. After some thoughtful introductions, she should do well in a home with cats. After everything Lola has been through, she deserves a forever home where she can finally relax and feel safe. With so much love left to give, she would thrive as a devoted companion.
