Rugrat is a handsome dude, a one ear up-one down kinda guy. Rugrat has been focused on his walks, and seems to be all about the exercise and mental stimulation, not showing much interest in dogs, traffic, or anything else. He is a little leery if dogs bark at him, and is working on his social skills. Rugrat enjoys mingling with humans, and may know a few commands. He is ready to be your companion and set out on a new adventure with a loving family.
