Meet Sam, an adorable Lab mix looking for his forever home or a foster family. At around 9 months old, this gentle guy weighs approximately 35.5 lbs and is still growing. He's a bit shy but has done well with other dogs, so he’ll thrive in a playful environment where he can build his confidence. While we haven’t seen him with cats or children, we’re happy to discuss ways to help integrate him into a loving home. Sam is currently at a shelter in South Carolina but needs a foster or adoptive family in the DC area to bring him up north. He’s searching for a patient and encouraging family ready to help him blossom. Sam is already neutered and up to date on vaccinations, so he's all set to start his new life.
