Narwhal is a silly puppy looking for a family ready to help him grow. This young pit bull terrier mix came to us as a stray. He was underweight, had some irritated skin on his tail, and a peculiar bump on his head—hence the fitting name, Narwhal, reflecting his cute little horn. The bump is non-intrusive, and he's gaining weight while his skin conditions are healing. When he's neutered, our vet will assess the bump and may remove it, but it could be a unique feature that adds to his charm. Though Narwhal has had a tough start, he is not aggressive but rather fearful and uncertain. His ideal home would be with someone patient and willing to guide him. He’s shown that he can adapt, especially with feline companions; a cat once booped his nose, and he simply froze rather than react.
