About Imani
Meet Imani! Imani and her sister, Katia, were rescued by a compassionate farmer who found them abandoned on his property. They were in desperate need of care, and fortunately, the Humane Society of Oldham County stepped in. Imani arrived with a severe Upper Respiratory Infection that affected her eyes, nose, and throat. Her fosters dedicated themselves to her recovery, providing daily feedings and hydration through subcutaneous fluids. Over time, her health improved, and now she’s a vibrant, energetic kitten. Imani is full of life and loves to explore. You'd never guess her tough beginning by watching her now; she gets excited over ball towers, feather toys, cat trees, and spring toys. She’s affectionate and has a quirky way of wanting her belly rubbed. When she looks at you with those sweet, bright eyes asking for more love, you can’t resist. Her joyful purr accompanies her cuddly antics, often leading her to roll around playfully. She thrives in the company of other cats and will need a Forever Family with another feline friend to shower her with affection. Imani is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations, plus she tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Although she had a rough start, Imani is ready to bring joy to her new home.
