About Matty

Matty has made impressive strides since we rescued him. He was one of eight cats whose owner, unable to return home due to health issues, left him in severely matted condition. When found, Matty also struggled with severe ear mites, leaving his ears in poor shape, and while the back of them may never grow back, he’s still a charming companion. Initially scared, Matty spent weeks hidden away. With dedicated care, he has blossomed into a loving cat. He enjoys the company of other cats and even gets along well with dogs, proving his friendly nature. Now, he loves to come out for pets and shows off his delightful purr. Matty is playful, sweet, and looking for a patient home where he can learn to trust, ideally among welcoming cats and a cat-friendly dog. Ready to foster a wonderful connection?
