Tippy Boy, GI Joe, Smudge and Dom are four little rascals. They were rescued from Hartford with their mom so they are lucky little boys too. Tippy is very outgoing. He is confident and social. Joe is also very outgoing. Smudge and Dom are a bit shy but they will be just as outgoing with a little nurturing from a loving family.
