Meet Floki! This charming one-year-old husky mix is ready to find that special someone who will appreciate his loyalty and love. Floki's journey hasn’t been easy. After being abandoned as a puppy and spending far too long in a shelter, he was placed on the euthanasia list until a caring group gave him a second chance. Now he's showing just how much affection he can offer. Friendly with everyone, Floki truly bonds with one person, offering devotion in return for consistent love. He has some abandonment issues, so he craves affection — and he’ll gladly return it tenfold. This sweet boy loves nothing more than to cuddle, share your bed, and greet you with morning kisses. Floki has a playful spirit without the typical husky energy; he’s more of a laid-back couch potato. He walks well on a leash and is fully house-trained, trusted to be loose in the house — just not in a crate. He loves squeaky toys and is food motivated, enjoying a variety of tasty treats like blackberries and chicken. Currently, Floki is adapting well in a busy home that includes active adults, a child, and more pets, showcasing his friendly nature with both dogs and cats. Although he’s navigating his teenage phase and may need gentle boundaries, at heart, he’s a good boy craving a lasting connection. Foster-to-adopt is available. Floki's adoption fee is $500.
