About Millie
Millie is ready to become your new shadow! After being surrendered due to her fear of men, she found her place in a loving foster home and learned to thrive alongside a family and other dogs. This adorable girl, around 2 years old and just shy of 8 pounds, is fiercely loyal. She melts when sheโs near her human, always wanting to stay close by their side. In her foster home, Millie has shown no bad behavior around men, though a little patience helps her warm up to new faces. She may grumble at first, but with time, she blossoms like any other dog. Millie is crate trained, leash trained, and is fully potty trained. She's good with other dogs and craves companionship, making her the perfect little buddy for someone who is often at home, whether thatโs working, retired, or just loves spending time indoors. She enjoys her toys, but her greatest joy comes from being near her person. Due to her protective nature, a home without young children (under 12) would be best. She also prefers a house over an apartment, as she occasionally likes to sing her own tune. Currently located in Houston, TX, Millie is adoptable anywhere. If youโre seeking a devoted companion who will shower you with love, Millie could be your perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
