You can call the Adoptions Department at (716) 875-7360 ext. 207, fill out the Offsite Adoption Questionnaire and email it to Offsite@YourSPCA.org, or visit the SPCA at 300 Harlem Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224. They're open Monday - Saturday from 11:00am – 6:00pm. The adoption fee will be cash only, and she can't be put on hold. Check with the store to confirm she's still available.
