About Spinner

Meet Spinner (and no, we don't get the name either). Surrendered to the shelter with his name already attached, he leaves us with plenty of questions. Does he spin? Nope. Chase his tail? Not at all. Turn the yard into a racetrack? Definitely not. Someone, please explain this name choice. What we do know is that Spinner is 75+ lbs of pure love, 6 years old, neutered, and undeniably handsome. He's labeled as a doodle-ish mix, but with a good haircut, he could easily be mistaken for a mini Irish Wolfhound. Here’s the rundown: Spinner loves car rides, is perfectly fine being home alone while you run errands, and enjoys hanging out at the gym with his foster, soaking up all the attention. Plus, he gets along famously with the foster home's resident cat, who is his best buddy. However, Spinner prefers to be the only dog in the home, as he hasn't warmed up to the two very submissive dogs he shared space with. He’d much rather have a human, a car, and maybe a cat to keep him company. Is Spinner your dog? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
