About Jagger

Jagger is a delightful Spaniel mix, around 1 year old and weighing 33 lbs. He’s a gentle soul, mostly deaf, yet that doesn't stop him from being the sweetest pup you’ll ever meet. With his big brown eyes and playful demeanor, it's easy to fall in love with him upon first encounter. Potty training seems to be going well, as he hasn’t had any accidents indoors. Jagger enjoys his walks but requires leash training; his enthusiasm often leads him to pull towards every person and dog he encounters. He loves to sniff around during outings but is not a marker. When he gets too hot, he finds a cool spot on the floor to rest. Although he’s a little mouthy, he is careful when nibbling on hands and feet and is easily redirected with toys. Jagger is somewhat hesitant about entering a crate, but with some encouragement and treats, he settles right in. Understanding his deafness is key; you’ll need to use hand signals instead of verbal commands. With gentle care, Jagger can fit well into various homes — just remember to let him wake up before approaching him while he's sleeping! Click apply to start the adoption process.
