While she hasn't had a chance to show her full coat length or weight, Shy has a beautiful white fur. She has a gentle nature and gets along well with other dogs, making her a great addition to a compatible home.

Coming from a hoarding situation, she initially struggled with fear and trust, but she has come a long way in her foster home. Shy is playful and loves to chase toys and romp around with her doggy friends. Her journey to discover the joys of being a dog has been heartwarming to witness. Despite her progress, Shy is still working on house training and benefits from a consistent schedule. While she has made leaps in trusting other dogs, she takes her time warming up to people. Treats are a great way to win her over, and though she enjoys being nearby, direct physical affection can still be intimidating. A gentle and patient adopter, preferably a woman, would help her flourish further. She does best in a home with small to medium-sized friendly dogs to reassure her that the world is safe. A securely fenced yard is ideal since she is not yet leash trained. Shy may not be the typical snuggly pup right away, but with time and love, she will become an incredibly special companion.
