At the end, I do hope you will want to meet and make me a part of your life! Well, somehow, I had a home, but I suddenly found myself all alone, in the woods for weeks, covered in ant bites, hungry and scared. A kind lady tried for 4 days to gain my trust, and it finally paid off. She was able to get me in her arms and what a relief, all was well! One of her friends took me in, as I was reported as found to the local county Animal Control, but no one came for me! The kind lady took me to the Vet for a rabies vaccine and medicine to help with all the ant bites I had, and to the groomer to get all my mess shaved off! I did so well for the groomer and the Vet too! They contacted this great rescue for help in finding the perfect home for me. I have gone to their Vet and got my other vaccines and a heart worm test, which is negative!! This Vet has aged me to about 1 year old, and I weigh in at 9 pounds. I do have the long tail, as it was not docked when I was born. I am a friendly girl who gets along with dogs and cats! Children I do not know. I walk good on the leash with some slight hesitation from time to time. My manners at my foster home have been a dry, clean crate, and I go outside to do my business. I do love to follow you all over and lay by you on the couch. Now, I do need to be spayed, and that will happen BEFORE I can leave--that date is scheduled for September 15th, and I will also get a microchip! I can be met and PRE-ADOPTED before that date. I will be best with a secure fenced yard, but with me being so little, you would be outside with me anyways and I can NOT be off leash at any time. I just didn't have any guidance/training in my previous home, so I just need your attention to help me be the best little girl I can and will be! I do sleep in my crate quietly at night and when my Foster Mom leaves for a few hours. If you have another dog, that will make me happy too, to have a friend to play with!"
