About Dakota

Dakota is a striking 1.8-year-old Pyredoodle seeking a loving forever home after being rescued from a challenging environment. At about 60 lbs, she is spayed and has her vaccinations up to date. Still very much a playful spirit, Dakota thrives on two daily 30-minute walks and enjoys her cozy kennel at night. She gets along well with both small and large dogs and particularly loves playing with her larger foster sibling. While her past included some fence-jumping and a few issues with other dogs, her current foster home has shown her to be well-adjusted and friendly. Although she was previously reported as not good with cats, her last adopter noted that she coexisted peacefully with one. Dakota would benefit from a family that can provide her with exercise, patience, and ongoing training. She’s young and affectionate and deserves a home dedicated to helping her shine. And those eyelashes? They’re hard to resist! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
