About Luke
Luke is a delightful 7-year-old toy poodle with a charming personality. He weighs just 6 lbs and has a curly, black coat that makes him all the more adorable. Recently, he had a dental procedure where 11 teeth were removed, but he’s neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, with a clean bill of health, including being heartworm negative. His previous owner is in hospice care, and her primary concern was finding a loving home for her best friend. Luke thrives in the company of others, particularly enjoying a lap to curl up on or by your side. He does well with other dogs but would do best in a home with small canine companions. While he is generally friendly to everyone, he may need a bit of time to adjust to a new environment, especially when it comes to potty training. Occasionally, he experiences knee luxation, but this doesn't seem to bother him much; keeping him at a healthy weight will be essential for his joint health. If you think you could be the right fit for Luke, your new best friend is waiting for you. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
