About Stubby
Stubby is a unique short-haired male tabby, sporting lovely tiger stripes and an endearing short tail. Born in foster care, he knows the comfort of home but tends to be a bit shy and reserved. Patience is key with Stubby, as he takes time to warm up to new people. Once he feels secure, his sweet, silly personality emerges, revealing a real sweetheart underneath his aloof exterior. His adorable habit of sprinting to the food bowl when called shows just how much he cherishes mealtime. Stubby prefers familiar spaces and is least interested in escaping, finding his joy in settling in. With kindness and respect for his gentle nature, he promises to be a delightful companion for a loving family. Stubby has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. He comes with a complimentary wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Stubby in his foster home, please fill out an adoption application at CatRescues.org/Adopt. A volunteer will reach out within 3-5 business days for a potential meet and greet. The $175 adoption fee helps us care for and place abandoned cats in homes throughout the Eugene/Springfield area. Your new friend is just a click away!
