Meet Twinkie! AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER, ADOPTION, OR FOSTER TO ADOPT Twinkie is currently in Tennessee and will be arriving in Massachusetts soon. She is eligible for BFAR’s Foster to Adopt program. Twinkie is a female Lab and Hound mix born on May 1, 2026. She currently weighs approximately 26 pounds and was named Twinkie because of her beautiful golden coloring. PERSONALITY: Twinkie is a very loving puppy. She can be timid when first meeting someone new, but her sweet personality begins to show once she has time to feel comfortable. OTHER DOGS: Twinkie is great with other dogs. CHILDREN: Unknown. CATS: Unknown. BEST FIT: Twinkie needs a patient family that will allow her to adjust at her own pace while helping her continue building confidence. As a young puppy, she will also need continued training, structure, socialization, and guidance as she grows. Twinkie may need a little time at first, but she has so much love waiting for the family who gives her the chance to feel safe.
