About Bean

Bean is a charming little guy, part of a litter brought in when his stray momma was rescued. At just shy of a year, this medium-sized pup is still learning about the world around him. He has shared space with other dogs and children, displaying appropriate interactions, though he currently experiences some littermate syndrome and needs to be separated from his brother, Sven, to build confidence. Under stress, Bean sometimes shuts down, and it’s important for him to get slow exposure to new experiences. With the right guidance, he has the potential to thrive in a loving environment. The adoption process with the Animal Empowerment League is straightforward and supportive. If Bean seems like a good fit for your family, it can start with just a few simple steps. Ready to meet this shy sweetheart? Bean can’t wait for his forever home!
