Cookie Monster bonds closely to people he trusts. This adorable Shih Tsu likes attention and he's playful with other dogs. Cookie is about 7-years-old and 18lbs under his fluffy coat. He came to Abandoned Pet Rescue as a stray and it took him a little time to know he was safe. He likes being pet, but is scared to have his feet touched. We are helping him know he won't be hurt, and he'll need an understand home that will help build his confidence. He is currently in a foster home with other dogs and cats. Cookie is vaccinated, microchipped and will be neutered before adoption.
