About Salem

Salem was rescued from the Morningside neighborhood of Detroit this summer, where he was found munching on chicken wings with some fellow kittens. As the biggest and most assertive of the East Detroit 5, he's taken charge of the group, ensuring everyone stays clean and accounted for. His striking copper eyes draw you in, and he sports a unique white patch on his chest. Known as the “velvet kitten,” Salem has incredibly soft fur that shines with tabby stripes when the light hits just right. His loud purr can be heard from across the room, signaling he's ready for some affection. If you're in search of a mini panther to spice up your home, Salem is your guy. What are you waiting for?
