Keiko is a sweet and beautiful boy, believed to be a flat-coated Border Collie mix. At around 1 year old and weighing 36 pounds, he is the ideal medium-sized companion. His shiny, wavy black coat juxtaposed with adorable white socks and a cute tail catches everyone's eye. Keiko has a gentle personality and may take a moment to warm up when meeting new people, but he quickly becomes affectionate. He enjoys playtime with other dogs and loves belly rubs and kisses from his foster family. A slow introduction works wonders for him, allowing him to get comfortable. While he has a low to medium energy level, he appreciates his quiet moments lounging on the couch or in his doggie bed after playtime.
