Meet Luna Lou, a senior German Shepherd who's searching for her forever home. At nearly 8 years old, this bashful girl came into our care after her family was unable to take her along during their move. She spent her entire life in that home and has thrived with other dogs and children, so she's likely to do well in a family again, depending on a successful meet and greet. Luna Lou may take a little time to warm up, which is common for Shepherds, but she'll blossom once she regains trust in her new environment. Leash manners are a work in progress. She tends to be reactive on walks when she spots other dogs she wants to play with, but off-leash, she gets along beautifully.
