About Winnie

Meet Winnie, a beautiful adult Pit Bull mix who has made remarkable progress since we found her in a shelter. When she first arrived, Winnie was terrified, trembling and huddling in a corner. It took time and patient care for her to realize she was safe. After completing extensive professional training, Winnie has gained confidence and continues to improve daily. She is doing fantastic, but now she needs a very specific kind of home. An experienced owner who understands the nuances of fearful dogs will be essential for her ongoing success. Winnie isn’t the type of dog suited for crowded parks or busy cafes. She requires someone who can provide structure, boundaries, and, most importantly, love. In the right environment, Winnie is an incredibly special dog with so much affection to offer. This lovely girl is ready for her next chapter with the right person who appreciates her journey and is committed to her continued growth. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
