About Cashew
Meet Cashew! This charming one-year-old Boxer mix tips the scales at 39 lbs. With his big grin and floppy ears, heβs always ready to make friends. Cashew was found dumped at a park but since joining the shelter, heβs gained some weight, discovered his playful side, and shown his goofy personality. Always eager for a treat, especially a pup cup, Cashew thrives on social interaction. He loves greeting people, including kids, with his wagging tail at adoption events. His confidence shines through. Cashew's favorite activities include long walks, park outings, and spirited games of fetch. This smart pup already knows several commands and has worked with a trainer to help him regulate his energy levels. Having recently recovered from tibial repair surgery, heβs now cleared for all forms of play. Cashew would flourish in a home that continues his training and would love to have another dog buddy to play with. Cashew is house trained, crate trained, and full of personality. Heβd be happy with a day that includes a walk, some training, playtime, and a cozy nap. Currently located in Houston, Cashew can be transported to New York for an additional fee of $250.
