When he first arrived at the shelter, King was terrified and unsure about humans. He’s transformed significantly in just over a week. While he was underweight at around 50 pounds, he blossomed into a playful spirit, especially when around other dogs. King thrives with canine companions; they boost his confidence and help him feel secure. He’s fully house trained, crate trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. King is a sweet and gentle dog who is learning to trust humans more every day. His ideal family will understand that earning his affection is a privilege.
