Meet MistyLou, a beautiful 70 lb German Shepherd and Black Mouth Cur mix born on September 8, 2020. This gentle giant has a warm, laid-back personality that makes her an exceptional companion. MistyLou delights in playing with toys and showing off her well-mannered behavior for treats. She enjoys car rides and, most importantly, loves being close to her humans, making her an ideal cuddle buddy. MistyLou's journey to rescue is heartwarming. Her previous owner entered hospice care, and in a gesture of love, their caretaker sought a safe space for MistyLou. Thankfully, our rescue stepped in just in time to ensure she received the love and care she deserves. Currently, she thrives with a foster family while eagerly awaiting her forever home. This affectionate girl is fully vaccinated and spayed, kennel and potty trained, and gets along well with other dogs. However, she may not be the best fit for homes with cats.
