About Ginger
Ginger is a sweet mixed-breed dog currently fostered near Iowa City, Iowa. She was found abandoned and pregnant in Oklahoma, and after giving birth to her puppies, she's now ready to find her forever home. Ginger can be a bit shy with new people and may take some time to warm up, especially to fast movements, but once she gains your trust, she is a devoted and affectionate companion. She is potty trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash. Ginger is friendly with dogs, cats, and children, making her a well-rounded family pet. Since she had an old leg injury that healed poorly, she's participating in physical therapy to improve her strength and mobility. While she’s making great progress, her forever family will need to support her ongoing therapy. Ginger thrives in a patient environment where she can take her time to build trust, and she will reward that patience with love and loyalty. Ginger is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $450. She needs a compassionate home where she can feel secure and cherished. Think you can be that person for her?
