While her kidney condition needs monitoring, she’s currently in good health and ready to find a forever home. Maggie thrives on companionship and prefers to be your shadow. She loves being in your lap, waiting beside you while you shower, and chasing after her favorite toys. With her strong personality, she has room for improvement with basic commands like 'come,' 'stay,' and 'sit.' Maggie can be reactive to new people and needs a patient owner who can help her through ongoing training. Ideally, she would benefit from a home where someone is present most of the day to manage her separation anxiety and high energy. Maggie prefers to live in a home with a secure fenced yard, as she enjoys exploring outdoors. She does not get along with cats or small pets and should ideally go to a home without young children. She's also great with male canine companions. Maggie has so much love to give and just needs someone willing to continue her training and help her blossom.
