Callahan is a sweet and handsome friend, around 1 year old and weighing approximately 35 lbs. He joined the Mostly Mutts family looking for a place to call home, and now he’s ready to find his forever family! Callahan is full of love and affection and can't wait for you to meet him. He has already charmed volunteers with his gentle nature and calm demeanor. Callahan enjoys spending time playing with toys, getting treats, and receiving attention. He gets along with other dogs and is eager to meet any furry siblings you may have. While he hasn’t been tested with cats yet, his friendly personality suggests he could adapt. Callahan is still getting used to the hustle and bustle of life, and he can be a bit nervous about passing cars, but he's improving with positive experiences. It’s best to avoid toddlers as he may knock them over unintentionally. Currently, he’s enrolled in the Mostly Mutts University training program and has already learned commands like 'come' and 'down.' With the support of free lifetime training classes that the shelter offers, you can continue his education together. He is great in his crate and shows promise with potty training, too. Callahan is neutered, micro-chipped, and up-to-date on his vaccinations. He’s looking for a loving family that will cherish him.
