About Sadie
Meet Sadie! This incredible mom is now ready for a life filled with love and pampering. She was found abandoned on rural conservation land with her five puppies. Sadly, one pup passed away, while two have found homes, leaving Sadie and another pup still waiting for their forever families. Estimated to be around three years old, Sadie is smart and motivated, especially when food is involved, so she should be fed separately as she's still gaining weight. Sadie is a German Shepherd mix with a medium-length coat and a friendly demeanor. She gets along well with other dogs and is indifferent to cats. Having been around sheep and goats without any issues, she’s clearly adaptable. Although she hasn’t spent much time indoors and isn’t yet house or kennel trained, she should pick it up quickly. Sadie doesn’t like to feel confined and might escape a pen if given the chance, but she doesn’t venture far. Currently spayed and up to date on her vaccinations, she is also on preventatives for fleas, ticks, and heartworms. While she does have Ehrlichia, a manageable tick-related disease, she’s on medication and shows no symptoms. Sadie deserves a second chance at happiness. She's currently in Clarksburg, MO, and there’s no adoption fee, but references or a meet-and-greet are required. You can call or text Michaela at 6607235010 if you’re interested.
