He’s an incredibly sweet boy who loves people, especially kids, and enjoys his time in the backyard, often preferring to drag himself around rather than using his wheelchair. While he can get along with some dogs, Charlie requires slow introductions and may not do well with smaller dogs. He’s affectionate and playful, bringing joy to everyone he meets.
