Meet Velma! This charming one-year-old Bernadoodle is settling into life at her new rescue. Weighing in at about 43 pounds, Velma is a happy and energetic girl who adores being around people. She loves cuddles and attention, eagerly soaking up any affection available. She arrived alongside Shaggy, who may be a relative. Their playful interactions bring out her spirited side, although it occasionally seems like Shaggy might need a break! Velma has plenty of puppy energy and appears to lack basic training, so her new family should be prepared to teach her some good manners. She's a little less food-motivated, so training may require some creative approaches. However, she thrives on play, praise, and attention from her favorite humans. Velma enjoys playing with both people and dogs and would do best with an active family who will include her in their adventures. With her beautiful Bernadoodle coat, regular grooming will help keep her looking fabulous. Though her potty training habits are still being assessed, her foster is starting crate training, and she has shown promise by sleeping quietly through the night and handling potty breaks well.
