Pepper is a sweet 3-4 year old neutered black male lab mix currently living in a foster home in Lavon, TX. Rescued from the streets of Houston, he’s looking for a loving forever home after a rough start. This affectionate guy enjoys simply being by your side and has a gentle personality. He’s up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and is both potty and crate trained. Pepper has successfully completed heartworm treatment and remains on monthly preventatives. He has a playful yet moderate energy level and loves his food, treats, and, most importantly, cuddles. Pepper is known to be dog-friendly, getting along well with both male and female dogs of various sizes. While he hasn't been officially cat-tested, his personality suggests he could get along with kitties too. He knows his commands, rides well in the car, and doesn’t show any anxiety while being left alone at home. Whether as a solo companion or with another dog, Pepper is suited for families, couples, or even singles. He simply wants to be part of whatever you’re doing!
