About Blackberry
Blackberry is a strong, muscular kitten with a soft black coat, accented by a few white hairs under his neck and in his armpits. He was one of three kittens born to Spunky, who was found caring for them outside. Despite being born outdoors and their exact birthdate being unknown, they were estimated to be about 3-4 weeks old when captured in July. Blackberry is the largest of his litter, vibrant and playful, and is starting to enjoy human interaction. He loves chasing laser pointers and playing with springs and stuffed mice. Though a bit shy initially, he is becoming more social with regular handling and is quite calm overall. He will be neutered and receive all necessary vaccinations before adoption. Blackberry has been well taken care of by his mother and foster parents, who are helping him adjust to life indoors. Even though it's often best for kittens to be adopted in pairs, Blackberry is independent enough to thrive as the only cat in a loving home.
