About Gertie
Meet Gertie! This lively kitten came to the rescue along with her siblings, Eloise and Prescott, after a kind shop owner noticed them exploring a busy street in Staten Island. Concerned for their safety, she reached out, and we were thrilled to welcome this adorable trio. Gertie may be the smallest, but she’s definitely the one with the biggest personality. Smart and inventive, she’s always the first to kick off playtime, whether that means a wrestling match or liberating hidden treats. Once the games wind down, you’ll find her happily curled up on her foster mom’s lap, purring contentedly. All three kittens are now 4 months old, spayed, and healthy, with lots of energy and charm. This little one is also great with other cats, making her an excellent choice for families, including those adopting pets for the first time. Gertie and her siblings are eager to be a part of your home, always ready to supervise and snuggle. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
