Meet Holmes. This handsome hound mix is ready to charm his way into your heart and find his forever family. Thanks to our partnership with Geauga Moms and Pups, Holmes and his brother, Watson, joined our rescue to find the loving homes they deserve. At just 10 weeks old, Holmes is a friendly and outgoing puppy who loves making new friends. His unique appearance features one piercing blue eye and one beautiful brown eye, perfectly matching his lovable personality. Holmes currently weighs about 19 pounds, and while he's a puppy now, he's expected to become a big dog. He has been fostered with both a dog and a cat and has done wonderfully with both. Sleeping in his crate at night, he’s making great progress with potty training. As a smart puppy, he's already learning what it means to be a good boy. Holmes will require a family ready to help with his ongoing training—things like obedience, leash training, and socialization. He's an outgoing guy with plenty of personality, yet he still needs patience and guidance as he grows. Holmes is available through our Foster-to-Adopt Program, which means you can welcome him into your home while he finishes his vetting, including neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping.
