About Donny
Meet Donny! His journey to safety is a heartwarming tale. Donny was one of five Shih Tzus left behind when their family was suddenly deported from a small town north of Austin. Due to time constraints, they were abandoned outdoors, and although a caring neighbor tried to help, the Texas heat made it critical for them to find a safe place. Thanks to the efforts of Orphan Annie's Neonatal Rescue, Victoria Turner, Mina Davis, and Mini Wonders Adoptions, these dogs were finally rescued. Donny is about 2 years old and has a tremendous affection for people, making friends easily wherever he goes. He gets along with other dogs but has a preference for female companions or neutered males. Previously, he lived with his brother, but they often squabbled, leading us to believe that Donny would thrive in a home where he can be the sole pet. After everything heβs been through, Donny deserves a loving home that understands his past and can provide him with the care he needs. His future is bright with possibilities for happiness and love. If you think you could be the special person to help Donny find his forever home, Mini Wonders Adoptions would love to hear from you!
