Steve is an adult male Domestic Short Hair cat residing in Philadelphia, PA. His coat is primarily black, and he's a medium-sized boy. Steve is house trained, fully vaccinated, and altered. He has faced many challenges but is ready to bring joy and love into a forever home.

About Steve

Steve has a remarkable journey, having overcome challenges that few cats ever face. Rescued from the streets, he was found with a broken leg and open wounds. After his rescue, he needed surgery to remove his tail due to hyperesthesia, and he faced another hurdle with severe stomatitis that led to the removal of all his teeth. Despite these trials, Steve's spirit remains unbroken. Now healed and thriving, Steve is a playful and affectionate companion. He gets along well with dogs and kittens, and with a proper introduction, he could likely coexist with adult cats. His resilience and loving nature shine through, and he hopes for a forever home where he will receive the love he deserves. For potential adopters: please note that Steve needs a feline friend; applications from homes without another cat will not be processed. Let’s make his next chapter the best one yet.
