Meet Scruff, an urgent rescue situation at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter. This tricolor Terrier mix is about 2 years old and weighs approximately 23 pounds. He may be shy at first, but he quickly warms up with treats and toys. Scruff loves to play fetch and has been potty trained, which makes him a great companion. He has shown he can share space with other dogs, previously getting along well with a neutered Spaniel mix and during his temperament test with a female Terrier. The shelter is overcrowded and in desperate need of foster or adoptive homes to save lives. A sponsor has even offered to cover Scruff's alteration and rabies vaccinations if adopted.
