She appreciates a relaxing environment, and if you're someone who loves to unwind, you two will hit it off perfectly. Consuela craves head scratches and firm pats along her spine—her loud purring is a sure sign you're doing it right. Though she prefers to sit beside you rather than on your lap, she’s incredibly polite. When food is running low, she’ll give you an expectant look, guiding you to her bowl, and she likes to have her litter scooped daily. During the mornings and around sundown, she's playful, often chasing her favorite little mouse on a stick. While she's friendly towards new people, she tends to be aloof at first and makes a gradual move to socialize. Consuela would thrive in a laid-back household. She may get along with cat-savvy kids who understand her boundaries, and with proper introductions, she might even be okay with cat-friendly dogs. She dislikes being picked up, sitting on laps, and prefers not to have her belly touched. Adoption fee is $100; she is up to date on vaccines, spayed, and microchipped.
