About Mackerel

Mackerel and his brother Cod are an endearing pair looking for a forever home. Mackerel stands out with his bold personality, easily making new friends and displaying his Olympic-level biscuit making skills. He loves to snuggle and purr while settled in bed, proving he's a true cuddle bug. Cod, on the other hand, is a bit more reserved and tends to be startled by new situations. However, unleash a laser pointer and he becomes a playful whirlwind, eager to chase after the elusive light. Both boys enjoy watching the world go by from their favorite windowsill. They prefer their wand toy to be airborne and are natural hunters, ready to pursue any flying bug that comes their way. They adapted quickly to their new environment, learning to use their designated scratchers and litter box without issue. While they are generally quiet, their voices come alive when it's time for meals. As a bonded pair, Mackerel and Cod must be adopted together. They have shown tremendous courage, especially after settling in, and they’re ready to thrive in a loving home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
